The Pirate Pad is a well equipped 3 Bed, 2 Bath house located 1.2 miles west of ECU Campus just off 10th Street. A short .25 mile walk to the Harris Building (Printing & Graphics) if using campus transportation. Also close to downtown, stadiums, medical center and shopping. No need to go out to eat if you don't want. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook. The house is super convenient to visit your student, drop in for work, traveling medical workers, remote working and ECU medical center.

Comfortly Furnishings makes hanging out and watching sports or a movie super relaxing and with a three rooms there is space to spread out. The primary features a queen bed, the additonal guest rooms have a double and twin (all medium firm mattresses) so you will get a great nights rest.

We are ECU parents that live out of state. So we want to open up our little home to other families like ours that want a bit more than a hotel can offer when you come visit. We do allow for pets, dogs under 70lbs, but additional fees will apply. Please message us if you have any questions or would like to book directly with the owners.

Great Clean Condo for ECU Parents

We needed a place to stay to move our daughter in the ECU dorms. This condo worked perfectly for us. The condo is clean and cozy which is a high standard to meet for my liking. The location is perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as close to campus. The hosts were easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay to visit ECU

My family wanted to come and visit the oldest kid at ECU but would like to stay in a more homey environment than a hotel/motel. I wanted to find us a go-to spot so for the next 4 years I could visit my kid regularly while still be able to cook and maintain a home-like space for the rest of my family. Well I certainly found it! Comfortable, well-equipped and close to everything. So comfortable my college student came and stayed with us for the weekend! Loved it and will be getting on the calendar to book a few trips back for the upcoming school year.
