It is spotless, and so comfortably decorated. It has everything you need, including a beautiful yard, a grill and beautiful deck with plenty of seating and beautiful lights. We love sitting out there and visiting. The beds are super comfy and soft, with wonderful linens. The kitchen has all that you need, incuding an island for extra space. These fees were demanded after check in. Management said that this 4 bedroom house’s rental only includes 2 people. While this is my mistake because the search defaulted to 2 people, the property description only stated that “extra person charge may apply.” We have rented from Vrbo many times but have never had a host stalk the property just to charge an additional 20 per person per day for occupants over 2\.
