It is great place to stau, room was clean, bigger and staff is friendly. I reached at 1am so didnt get free shuttle but they gave me number of global parking shuttle and they charge $10 but you have option. I would recommend this place

I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. While a contact number was provided, it took two full days—after we had already checked out—to receive a response. That’s not just inconvenient; it makes it impossible to resolve even basic issues in real time. And there were issues. There was no drinking water available, which feels like a very basic amenity. More significantly, there was an ant infestation. Ants were crawling on us while sitting on the furniture and even in bed. Any time we set a drink down, they immediately swarmed it—my coffee was ruined more than once. We had also brought back cookies from a wedding, and the ants got into them before we could even seal them properly. The overall experience felt very much like “you’re on your own.” If you need anything beyond a visually appealing room—whether it’s assistance, cleanliness, or basic hospitality—you may be better off glamping. In short: nice aesthetics and location, but the lack of support and cleanliness issues made the stay frustrating and not worth it.

The Landing at Rivers Casino was very nice & clean. Up to date spacious room, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very nice & helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of food items, but the hot food items were actually like warm at best. The casino offered various slot machine games, as well as table games. The casino layout was spacious. Only problem, with the casino, was the smoke. Not ventilated enough. There were a lot of ashes outside of the trays by the slot machines.
