The staff was great, the condition of the property was not. Holes in the wall and seat, what looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and my sink kept gurgling up something not clean - had to ask for a bleach spray because one time it left a gross film of dirt, dead bugs snd who knows what else.

This hotel has had recent renovations and was clean. It's obviously not the Hilton but it's a pleasant and comfortable hotel Staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable

Stopped there just for the night. Check in was good. The room looks like it needs a good deep clean. It looks dirty and humid. I’d had left if it wasn’t 2 am. There is not breakfast as advertised, not even coffee, even when I asked the front desk in the morning.

Staff is super attentive asked for batteries to replace in the tv remote and a roll of tp and got them immediately. Someone also noticed my tire needed air and put some in overnight for me, i'm handicapped and would of had a hard time doing it myself

The property was truly in terrible condition and should not be recommended at all until a complete rehab has been completed. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. But there's little they can do when the physical place is as bad as it was. Very surprised Windham lends it's name to this.

The service was friendly and the room was clean. However, I had a some issues. The free Internet service was the worst I've ever had at ANY hotel. It would quit working on several occasions. Also, the microwave was so outdated, I didn't know if I had it working correctly at first. The hotel is okay overall, yet, I likely will not return.
