Horrible!!!
Dried pet urine all over the floor. Room smelled like ammonia. Had to go buy product to clean the floors. Bed covers stained and full of holes, we took them off and sat outside room because of the smell. Night clerk very rude and sarcastic. Hung up on me when i reported that housekeeping didn't replace my towels or toilet paper. Me and my husband had to go buy bath towels and tissue for the bathroom. Will never stay here again. You have the nerve to charge 80 dollars a night for this garbage.

Pros. Great bang for buck, clean room friendly check in. Rooster dressed in black in parking lot. with cowboy hat. Loud stomping and crying late at night, earpulugs a must.

Don't!!
Homelessness present outside and across from hotel. Abandoned business next door and across the street. Terrible location. Microwave plate was not clean and had dried food on it. Floors were not swept but sheets smelled really clean. Hotel could use an update but looks like surrounding business have given up on the area. I stayed because I prepaid and didn't want to pay for another hotel room.

Property was very poorly maintained, bugs in bed and on the wall in the room, no personal amenities. Mold smell in the room. Bathroom had dirt marks in tub and sink . Disregard from front desk about concerns of room and property. Very disappointed would have rather checked out and stayed elsewhere

Comfortable and clean
Room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed! Wish I knew there was no hair dryer before I washed my hair! My only complaint was that the gentleman that checked me in when I arrived was straight up rude and condescending. I was actually shocked at his terrible attitude given the fact that I was very friendly to him. Def not the right job for him.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Not only was the guy upfront very inappropriate but it was a very unsafe area/place. The comforter had blood on them (I have pictures). And the room had multiple cockroaches. We stayed for 3 hours total and since it was 3 hours and not 10 minutes, they would not refund us. If the clock roach would have came out sooner I would have left within 10 minutes! Very unprofessional and very very dirty.

Service was better than expected. Staff was excellent! Very helpful and respectful. Room was clean. A few addicts around, but given the location that wasn't a surprise. Room was clean and warm when we entered late at night. We would stay there again.

Don't stay here!! We knew we were taking a chance, mixed reviews, but we were not impressed. Dirt in the bed (but no bedbugs) stains on the pillowcase, the microwave was very dirty, broken glass in bathroom, room was non smoking but we could smell it!! UGH. Noisy in hallways. we had a really early flight and just didn't want to mess with changing rooms. Stay nextdoor at the Red Roof if you want to stay in a cheap hotel near GSO!
