This home in Sedgefield is a delightful place to spend time. We took a beautiful walk every morning and enjoyed the area. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for my parents, sister and my husband and I.
The house was very clean with lots of space. The neighborhood is amazing and location is close to grocery, food, gas, etc..
just a short drive to most of Greensboro’s major attractions. The description of the house is spot on.
We had a great stay and will definitely stay again!
House is super cute and had everything we needed. We stayed during the golf tournament. During our stay the water heater did decide it was time to pass. However the owner had a plumber out there in less than 2 hours, and all was new and perfect by the time we got back that evening. They are a great host. Very thankful to not stay in hotels during that week.

Beautiful!!!
Spacious, moden appliances and fixtures. Will definitely be looking to book again when I am in the area.
This mid century ranch is absolutely beautiful and well appointed in a great neighborhood. It has excellent electronics and everything you need—owners are very attentive
Very Thankful. Everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for our family. Very comfortable. The decor is super cool and if you want to stay in the Sedgefield area, this is the place.
It was easy for us to get to multiple places like Charlotte (Amtrak), Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill with a weekend trip to Asheville. We checked out local golf courses (not Sedgefield due to a tournament). The place is well decorated. The kitchen set up is perfect. We would come back.

Incredibly relaxing and beautiful home! Would stay here again and again!
This place was incredible. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful 4 night stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and had instructions for the television and sounds system etc. The decor was incredible and we especially loved the outside patio area. It was really nice to have a grill available to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, beds were comfortable (Sleep#) and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would stay here again and again.

A beautiful property!
The surroundings and neighborhood are amazing and the back yard is a fabulous living space. As designers staying there during the High Point market we were impressed and delighted by their remodel. Great Job! The coffee maker is a fabulous way to start the day...
This house was perfect for graduation weekend. Very close to where my daughter lived. Very close to Publix. Easy commute to campus. Gave us so much more space than a hotel for everyone, for the same price. Very clean.
The home is gorgeous and the layout is fabulous! We gave 4 stars because the bed frame in the master is HORRIBLE. It creaks so bad that we could not sleep and ended up leaving early because we were so tired. Every single time we moved we were awoken due to the loud noise. The mattress (a sleep number bed) was SUPER COMFORTABLE though. Another thing to note is the bedrooms do NOT have blinds or curtains so be prepared to have full daylight in your eyes early.

Very nice place in a great location
We enjoyed our time at the property. During a stretch of days in the mid-90's, it was frustrating to manage the A/C unit, which was constantly at 77. Refreshing, but not cool by any stretch of the imagination. The only other thing was just an expectation issue, where you are actually staying at what appears to be an actual occupied residence. There's a bunch of stuff there, like food in the fridge/freezer, etc. Would stay again- no issues at all. Just think it needs to be advertised as such and have a visitor program for temp control while guests are there. Perhaps this is common, but our experience to date has only been in rental-only properties.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location
Not what we expected; Extra Creepy
Fyi…We found clothes and other apparel in the closets and drawers. When we inquired we were told this rental is the owners permanent residence. For us, this felt strange.
Also noted, there are windows with no window dressings, and there are a lot of windows like this, so at night you feel like youre in a fish bowl. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
Its an older house that has been remodeled, although pretty, we felt like it had a musky old smell.
The garage is filled with sharp looking tools and cutting boards. Which was also unsettling. The washer and dryer is located at the back of the garage.
One of the rooms is separated from the others which is also located adjacent to the garage. It was a hard sell to find one of us to take this room even though it was the master bedroom. The neighbors property located directly to right, also gave us pause. All this coupled with the stark darkness from the remote location, and the fishbowl feel, it was a NO bueno for us. The property is located in a wooded area so expect the insects that come with that.
If youre easily spooked, this is not the place for you.
On a bright note, when we asked to leave our stay after our first night, the owner was accommodating.
We did receive a portion of our money back for which Im grateful. This was better than nothing, which was an option because we wanted to flee from moment go.
To the new renters….Good luck and God speed.
