This cozy, well decorated, ground level suite in the downtown historic emerywood neighborhood offers many amenities with parking just a few steps from the front door. Close to downtown, 1 block to the hospital, High Point Medical Center, 3 mins to Rocker Stadium & Center. The en-suite offers a well equipped kitchenette & bathrm along with a cush queen sized bed & 50 inch TV. Guests have sole use of the front porch entryway w/comfortable wicker chairs and cafe table. We have affordable rates!

This quaint place was close to everything and perfect for the weekend. The host was kind, friendly and easy to reach. My only complaint is the cob webs in the ceiling. Otherwise it was clean.

Highly recommend! The place was super clean. My wife removed the TV from our bedroom...so being able to watch TV from bed in this apt. was also much appreciated:) The hosts were also really generous...allowing me to check in a few hours before the designated check-in time.Would definitely be back here if the opportunity presented itself!

This is the most adorable cozy space! My mother in law stayed for 5 days for our wedding and Jude was there for everything and anything we could have needed. Mom couldnt figure out how to use the tv (haha) and he came over in 5 minutes and showed her how to operate it. The porch was adorable and comfy! Clean room and snacks! Mom was so cozy and safe! We will recommend and use for out of town guests absolutely again!

Not what we expected

It was not what we expected. Jude was great with his responses. The outside look was not at all what we were hoping. Neighborhood was quiet, houses were run down, grass was out of control, no curb appeal. No water in water filter and old coffee left in coffee pot. Mold in the top with filter and coffee pot molded so badly. The room was fine, nice and bathroom. Shampoo etc all in there with makeup wipes ( little things were good). We had a wedding in Winston so we were looking for inexpensive and only somewhere to sleep. We were there literally 17 hours. Jude was super nice!
