House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.

DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.

SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.

NCAA Swim Meet

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The yard was fenced in and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck every day. Lots of little extra touches. We also enjoyed the sunroom with the fireplace in the evening. We didnt need the printer but a very thoughtful idea. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The large dining table accommodated all evening family meals. The back yard was spacious and completely enclosed for pet safety. The den was cozy with fireplace and comfortable seating. The location was perfect and close to shopping and city parks. We all felt safe in the Guilford Hills neighborhood.

Excellent property and excellent host.We spent four days at the house at Guilford Hills and couldn’t be happier. Property was spotless, furnished with contemporary furniture and good taste. The kitchen and pantry had everything we needed. The big prize was the bird feeder in the backyard that allowed us to have lots of fun watching the birds and the squirrels. The area is very quiet and close to many amenities. We will definitely be back.
