Hi thank you so much for staying with us. It was our pleasure to serve you. I am sorry that you did not see our mini fridge in the room. All of our rooms come with a mini fridge and a microwave. It is hidden behind cabinet drawers that were probably confused with something else. In the future, please let us know if you could not find it.

Hi Sharon, I do apologize that your room was not cleaned. I do not know all the factors as to why it was not. But if there was a DND sign on the door it would not be cleaned because we cannot violate your privacy due to policy. So, again I am sorry that you were not taken care of in that aspect. However, I see that you have already given us a bad review. I hope next time if you would give me an opportunity to fix it and give you the best service you deserve. Greetings Ayiko, Thank you for submitting this review again on this platform. As stated on the other review sites we do apologize for how the guest entered the building although we do our best to make sure that we present a clean hotel we cannot help the scents of others. I have address your concerns with the housekeeping team and I can see with a complete change in that department you would enjoy your stay if you decided to return. Our corporate office was aware of the down elevator unfortunately we had to wait for a part that was shipped but making sure your safety was and is our greatest concern. And lastly yes, we were all surprised by the fire alarm unfortunately a guest burnt toast and the smoke set the alarm off again another safety feature that we are glad worked in the event that actually would have gotten worse. We sincerely apologize for all these inconveniences and we have placed corrective measures in order to handle all those in the near future.
