Our first room was dirty and the electricity not functioning. Our second room was also dirty and no shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. Our third room was much better with no complaint but for the remote not working. This hotel needs redoing inside and out. For an extended stay hotel there were no amenities (soap, shampoo) and was surprised since they had kitchens there were no dishes, silverware, pots and pans. And there were no waste baskets in the rooms. Management was very accomidating to our complaints and that made the situation bearable. Much improvement needed.

It’s a get what you pay for type of hotel. My microwave didn’t work in my room, and there were kids running around the hallways at 11pm. But the bed, living area, and bathroom were clean.

Worse hotel iv ever been to.
This looked like a low income extended living hotel. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes all over. Every inch outside; walls & floors was dirty. It says breakfast was included, but all they had was granola bars. Sheets smelled like cigarettes.

Horrible! Be aware!
Be aware! Front desk lady asked if we wanted to see the room before she gave us room keys. Front desk stated that once ppl saw the room they canceled. Front desk showed us the room it was horrible! Smelled of smoke and carpet was nasty and dirty. Front desk asked us to call hotels.com to cancel. She was pleased with giving us a refund.

The rooms were filthy - beds weren't even made. And the non-smoking rooms were so smoky that my throat was so soar when I woke up. And the staff were some of the rudest people I've ever encountered.

The entire room was dirty. Pubic hair by the sink. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the ground so you had to balance yourself as it wobbled. The room next to ours had their tv on full blast the entire night except when they were arguing. The cost of the room was utterly ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! First room pictures below!!!
First room was filthy with dirty slept in beds, dirty towels on sink, dirty table and floors!!!! They moved us to a “clean” room and it was discussing with broken furniture and dirty bathroom. We got in late and knowing the room was non refundable, stayed but it was a horrible experience!!! Only positive part was the clerk was very friendly and eager to accommodate!!!

Noise from the highway on the back side of the building was very loud all night. Kitchen had no utensils or plates. Drawer on the dresser was completely broken and just hanging. Otherwise, property was decent.

You pay more and get less. The shower rod was installed incorrectly causing the shower curtain to not be effective. The walls were damaged because of the incorrect installation. I called the front office about it. nothing happens. It shows a with management. Hiring unskilled labor and not doing inspections. The doormats in all rooms are now missing. There were no utensils or cups. No coffeemaker. The pillows were too soft offering no support to the head. I am a repeat custom from a few years back. The cost was more reasonable and there was more to offer.

We frequent Extended Stays because of their full kitchens and their price. So while we understand, you get what you pay for, this place was probably the worst as far as the state of the property. The staff was very pleasant. Check in was great. They went above and beyond to get us in a room early. They fixed an orbitz error, it was great! The room… the door was filthy. The smell Of cigarettes hit you right in the face when you opened the door. The other tenants were loud (fighting, screaming, crying, slamming doors!) the dog kept barking..:no one came to make either stop. If you know you have tenants that frequent the property and/or the property has a history of violence, hire security! It may make the other guests feel more safe. The bathroom… The tub didn’t drain right so that was nasty. The shower head wasn’t actually where it belonged. It was one of those removable ones and the place to rack it was on the shower handle… The plus side…the water was hot! The kitchen amenities…the microwave was stuck up in a cabinet. No pans, no plates, no utensils…she said they always run out. If you know you are always out…order more to keep On hand. The carpet was filthy, I would dare to walk barefoot there. The tenants in the day time were pretty quiet. There was always ample parking. It is in a great location with quick access to the coliseum complex which is where we are going. There are a lot of restaurants near by. Close to shopping.

We checked in. The neighbors were yelling and throwing things. They took that outside on the balcony. We also had a toilet that leaked water all over the floor. We went down to the front desk for help. The door was locked and no one answered when we called multiple times, so we left. We called corporate, and no one would help us make sure we were checked out or get a refund. They did say someone would call us the next day to help us. No one has called yet. BAD SERVICE. The day shift lady who checked us in was nice. The night shift was nowhere to be found.

I did not stay it wasn’t safe nor clean and the smoke smell was just bad….
