This condo seems newly renovated and so nice. The property is exactly what you would expect for a nice vacation in a beautiful wooded resort. We loved the walking trails!!!! We hope to be back again!

Great time at Lake Oconee

This was our first time visiting Lake Oconee, this time for a wedding, and we couldn’t have chose a better location. It was convenient to the Ritz-Carlton, and the condo itself was exactly as described. Working with the property manager when we needed anything was super easy, too. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Excellent location only minutes from the Ritz, Publix, restaurants, the lake, etc. Condo is cheaply furnished and decorated, but clean and functional. Communication with the management team was excellent.

Nice place .. little expensive with all the extra fees.. and first floor downstairs.. gets noisy at times when neighbors walk around or go to the bathroom!

Fall Break 2023

The overall property was large enough for our family, we were disappointed that there was no access to tennis courts and/or a pool. Additionally, the only television options were through the Samsung TV app, We had to leave the property to watch the Georgia football game due to limited tv channels. We requested an early check in and never received a response from the property manager. It was great to get away with the family but will likely return to a different destination.
