I didnt get a chance to stay at this property. Our plans to stay changed and I called on the morning of checkin date if there is a way to cancel or even reschedule my reservation. First of all, after several attempts I couldn't even reach to right person on property to talk, then I decided to go visit property and explain my situation. Front desk didn't even gave me chance to discuss, they just mentioned "you booked through expedia, go talk to them". and I when talked to expedia they couldn't reach property immediately and as a result I ended up paying for a stay which didn't happen. I understand I missed window to cancel reservation, but normally properties consider exception situations and take time to talk and provide alternative options. Disappointed with Marriott and also expedia.
