We had a terrible neighbor that turned on the tv to a high volume at 3am and was screaming into her phone starting at 4am. I went to speak with the front desk (Manny) about my rude neighbor. He immediately went upstairs to speak with lady who was loud and disrespectful. He addressed our concerns by giving us a new room that morning. The rest of our stay was more peaceful and relaxing. The hotel room was clean and their wasn't any carpet.

Amazing staff, breakfast options were nice, rooms were clean, but there was hair on the shower wall. Yuck! But I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!
