The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were trash. They look nice and fluffy but go completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. I found the hidden power outlet on the front of the left hand corner of the table. I don't know how I even saw it. Lol. The shower is wonderful! You can adjust the overhead shower head so it doesn't spray straight down if you don't like that. Bathroom is nice but could use more lighting. The light in the makeup mirror didn't work. The staff at check in and check out were very nice. The bartender was a bit of a jerk. We were disappointed that none of the hotel restaurants were open after 10pm and the only restaurants in town that were open were fast food and had lines that wrapped around the buildings. Bring snacks if you're attending an event that gets out late. I don't recommend being out late in Greensboro. It doesn't seem safe. People told us after we got home that everythig closes early because they were constantly getting robbed. We enjoyed our stay but hope we never have to go to Greensboro again. Highly recommend Sheraton, do not recommend Greensboro.
