Washer and dryer on main floor. large air conditioned barn- also renovated- with refrigerator, television, ping pong table, dart board, WIFI, table and chairs and work station with charging outlets. One block from the center of Greenport Village. Walk 9 blocks or drive to Fifth Street beach-no permit required. Guest beach permits available with a 2 week booking-as per town requirements, Please let us know in advance. Walk to shops, restaurants, waterfront and carousel.
