"The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a lovely atmosphere. We were very impressed with the property and really enjoyed our stay.However, one thing that was quite difficult was communicating with the booking system. It was very hard to reach someone by phone. We tried several times to contact them to ask about the access code for the property, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.As a result, I had to wait outside the house for almost two hours while waiting for the access information. This was quite stressful and inconvenient, especially after travelling.Overall, we really liked the property, but we hope the communication and check-in process can be improved in the future."
