"The location was good right off the freeway. I appreciate the quiet ac unit. The renovations are needed but the use of cheap materials is not effective. The toilet kept getting clogged ( I had to get it plunged every day). The hooks in the bathroom were too cheap. no towel bars. The closet sliding door did not work. You need to use a stain remover for couch and chairs. Invest in a steam cleaner for carpets . The staff was great very very helpful. The hospitality of the staff was a major plus!!! From"

"Location was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were spending our days in DC. The hotel is a really short walk to the Metro train station. There is also a Starbucks, CVS, WEGMANS an easy walk to the hotel. The room was good. Comfortable beds, clean, good water pressure. WiFi was slow but functional "

"Very 1980s. Our room has not been updated since that decade. Thank goodness I knew in advance that the kitchen came with nothing. You can request dishes, pots and pans, and other items. We brought our own. The place served our purposes for one night, but I can't imagine wanting to stay longer. The beds were reasonably comfortable but man, oh, man the place needs updating and renovation. Very worn and banged up."

"Bought two rooms one through Expedia and one through the Best Western and it was quite a considerable change in the price. I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me.
