To the rear is the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house. You may occasionally hear music playing during the day or in the evening. The members of the house are careful to end all activities by a reasonable hour, so you likely won't be disturbed, but please be aware of this when classes are in session if events are taking place. Our neighbors across the street are members of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house. There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and get ready for the wedding. The wedding venue, Owl Ridge, was only 5 minutes away. A coffee shop was also in walking distance.
