"We received a free upgrade to an ocean front room, which was a great surprise. The kids loved the movie theater and popcorn. If the weather is nice, all the pools are great! Location is also great. It’s not in a super busy area."

"Our room was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom. There was either mold or someones boogers all over the shower curtain. Someone else's hair all over the floor so it obviously wasn't swept or mopped. We were going to stay another night but opted to go to a different hotel. Also the Jacuzzi and elevator were out of service. A big reason we booked this was for the jacuzzi and being on the 4th floor the elevator being broken was annoying."

"The level of friendliness at the front desk was not the same. The front desk staffed felt cold and on an uninviting. The hotel itself is starting to look lived in and a lot of the fixtures need to be updated and taken care of the room. Itself was mid at best.There's water damage on the furniture.And it didn't look taken care of .... Six hundred dollars a night is not worth it. Better places to spend my money at."

"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. It was very clear that the staff members were not on the same page with each other, which created confusion, delays, and unnecessary frustration throughout my stay. I received conflicting information from different employees, and no one seemed willing to take accountability or properly resolve concerns. Communication with guests was poor, and at times the staff came across as dismissive and unorganized rather than helpful or accommodating. For the amount paid and the expectations associated with staying here, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Professionalism, coordination, and customer care should be a priority at any hotel, and unfortunately this location failed in all three areas during my visit. I would strongly recommend improvements in staff training, internal communication, and overall guest relations moving forward."
