Green Valley Holidays from £555

This was the least impressive property of my Hotels.com experience. It wasn't my worst experience ever, but for a place that was listed as good, it doesn't seem really up to the anticipated standard. Although the price was low, I still thought it was going to be decent. There were a lot of shortcomings, but I will highlight just one that stood out. When I was walking up the the lobby on the second day, there was a guy laying on the planter outside of the office. He was completely passed out with a glass pipe next to him. He was obviously out from whatever he smoked. I told the manager on duty in the office. He just nodded his head and said the guy was sleeping. I suggested calling the police, but he just shrugged it off. Outside of this interaction, this place is not a place I would stay again. It is definitely cheap, but the value isn't there. Thank you.

Great rooms, very clean. Great value. The buildings feel a bit dated and very remote area that requires car to get anywhere. But overall good experience. Only real gripe was $7 cup of black coffee is rediculous!

I love love LOVE this hotel! Amenities were so thoughtful! An electric teapot, a nightlight in the bathroom, etc. Just really love the character of the hotel, location, everything~

This hotel is very, very outdated. When we got to our room it had a very very strong smell, being an asthmatic I can’t be around strong scents. I went to the front desk to get another room. It’s wasn’t a little better but the smell was still lingering. The rooms are very outdated. The shower has half a door never saw that before on a shower. Floor got slippery. Bar soap was available. Most hotels have body wash in the shower. Carpets very, very dirty. Bathroom door was broken at the bottom. The tv was very small I guess a 32 inch maybe?? They need to Seriously Update and care for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend until they improve the look, the rooms and the comfort level. $17 to park was pretty crazy….
