"This facility is not maintained, dirty floors, walls, toilets, and more. Also stained sheets, and when asked for new sheets additional sheets were provided, the sheets were also stained and had holes in them. Shower curtain was ripped towards the top, in multiple spots, noisy, AC unit, or part of it,locked away in a closet, in the room, very loud. So much more, this hotel can be compared to Motel6, at best. Definitely 1 star, less than, but 1 star is the only option available. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was the most important thing. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, and the room (and most of the rest of the property) looked run down. The breakfast was very good."

"We were so pleased with our stay here! This was our very first road trip and hotel stay with our 3 month old baby after 6 years of traveling with just my husband and I. The hotel room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff (Elizabeth) was so friendly and welcoming! Continental breakfast was clean and good! Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit, juice, and specialty coffee machine! Kitchen staff (Jordan) was friendly and checked on each table offering made to order omelettes. We will probably stay here every time we visit Zion NP! And will only look for BW+ hotels all around the country from now on. :) "

"Photos do not do this place justice. It defies description. In addition to the rock features, it was clean and comfortable. If you stay here, you will remember the stay. Location was also a plus. My rating was slightly downgraded since I received the WiFi password on our second day and TV did not work (likely remote batteries, not a hard fix). Lights also a mystery, as noted in every other review. The place needs a 3-ring binder with information re: lights, TV, etc. And a detailed description of when/how it was built. Note absence of full kitchen - you have a microwave, Keurig, toaster, and mini-fridge."
