"The staff here are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and pretty much in good condition. This is not my first time here. The parking fee is a bit too pricey in my opinion but their parking area is safe and easy in and out. The gym is nice and clean. Location is excellent. Walking a couple blocks and there are lots of restaurants, coffee places. I can walk to Trader Joe’s easily. Laundry room is very clean and easy to use with PayRange apps. The only two things I found that are not in perfect condition this time was the following: 1) one side of closet door was stuck and 2) the shower gel pump did not work. I believe if I let them know, they would come and fix it. This time I only stayed for 2 nights so I did not bother about it. I let them know when I checked out and the staff apologized and gave me complimentary parking. I will definitely go back to this hotel. They always made me feel welcome. I hope Marriott knows they got really good team at this hotel."

"Cozy, cute basement apt. That is in a very quiet neighborhood! Garnett was really great to communicate with before and after we arrived to the apt. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and plenty of really nice clean linens and towels. Bed was super comfortable and big and there’s a portable AC unit in the bedroom that you can turn on and use for a while which cooled down the apt. And then, turn it off and use a standing fan if you need some air circulation throughout the night. The location is perfect: So walkable! Everything: Restaurants, grocery store (QFC), Walgreens, etc. all within 10 minutes of walking. Highly recommend to anyone needing a nice quiet apt. And within walking distance of so many amenities at the same time."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was a banana, pastry, coffee and an orange drink. The laundry requires 8 quarters and do not expect change from the front desk for anything larger than a 5 dollar bill. The laundry provides soap and dryer sheets for free. The office is closed and locked from noon to 3 pm so if you arrive at the property before 3 you will not be allowed to check in."

"The room was as described and just how it looked in the photos. A little pricey, but we only booked three days in advance and were glad to have this as an option. Check-in instructions were late (we had to request them and received them 30-45 minutes after the allowed check-in time), but the process was easy and accurate once we received the instructions."

"This was a fabulous property and such a great surprise once we got here. We had a family reunion and a wedding so we’re there for a week and enjoyed walking around Green Lake and the little town and the lake itself. The gardens are gorgeous on the property and the huge patio worked out so well for us as the weather was inviting. The host was so responsive and was a pleasure to get to know and work with. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Absolutely amazing!"
