Even though there is only one shower, they have made the most out of the layout and we had no troubles with 8 adults. The porch is wonderful for extra seating. Close to everything in town (restaurants, bars, marina.) host was very easy to get ahold of. Everything was in working order. Highly recommend to stay here. Great location to walk to stores, restaurants and is across the street from the lake. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond for everything. We were not aware that the house didn’t have central air and only had units upstairs, after we questioned this, a unit was installed in the dining room the next day and did a great job keeping the downstairs cool. The space was cute and homey. The host was extremely timely with communication. The only thing to note when booking this property is that because this is an older home there is no central AC. The window units and fans provided did a good job cooling this place down so it really wasn't an issue. Best part of the home was the beautiful front porch.
