The house was clean and functional. There was a lack of supplies (toilet paper) I did pack some in my luggage so we made it through our stay. There were adequate amounts of dishes, however, no large bowls or large pans. The garage was a cool hangout spot but the equipment was old. Overall it was a decent stay, great quiet neighborhood, seemed safe and good location for the attractions we visited. I recommend using a key pad with a code. Would stay again. First and foremost, Brennan was super communicative and seems like such a nice guy, even though we Didn’t actually meet him! There was a mess up on Vrbos end and he was nice enough to gift us a bottle of whiskey to make up for it. The location is INCREDIBLE but the property itself could definitely use a little TLC if it’s going to be used regularly for short term rental. The beds weren’t super comfortable but they did the job overall. It was difficult to get the shower anything above luke warm. I did warn him that 8 women would be staying in the house and he was nice enough to purchase additional mirrors for us to get ready with which was so nice! (Warning to other women, there is NO good lighting in the house so beware it’s difficult to get ready when the sun is down or if it’s cloudy. I’d suggest a door code as a cheap investment. There were 3 different groups of us within the 10 person reservation and i wasn’t a huge fan of just leaving the key in the mailbox but didn’t have a lot of valuables so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall it was a good stay and priced right considering the lack of amenities but again, great location! We only used the property to sleep and it did the job!
