Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both the king and queen bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has two full closets. All bedrooms have black out window curtains. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed and a full size closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans. Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 65 in SMART TV. There is also a 42 inch TV in the king bedroom. There is a comfortable sectional couch, recliner chair and a reading chair with ottoman in the living room. All three are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time. There is a full bath upstairs where all of the bedrooms are and it has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with a sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet. There is a half bath located on the first floor. There is another blow dryer in the cabinet and a first aid kit there as well. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and are high capacity Samsung machines. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron, ironing board and folding table next to the washer and dryer. If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the basement for the young traveler. Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the half bath cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms on the second floor and also in the unfinished basement. The main floor has smoke detectors. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top in the kitchen. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort. This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by two 2 stall attached garages. You can use the garage to park in if you like. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it. The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block. We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. There are two 2 bedroom units, three 3 bedroom units and one 4 bedrooms unit. There are choices. Please be sure to read our reviews. We really want you to enjoy your stay. The house was very clean and extremly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the tv and sound table speaker system were great for movies and music (we listened to the Beatles, mostly, in honor of all the fun Beatles mementos throughout the house).Jon also went above and beyond after our stay; when my son forgot a personal item, he packaged and mailed it back to us.Definitely recommended if you're staying with a group in the Green Bay area. ##### Jeff K. Plenty of room. Love the couch - so comfy. Beatles decor all around the house is a great theme. Would definitely come back with the entire family and best part of that is there would be a bed for everyone. Kitchen well stocked with things you might need for a longer stay. The house is decorated with all Beatles Collections and is super clean. If you need to stay on the east side of Green Bay, you need to rent this place!! ##### David S. This property is very conveniently located to both Green Bay and Door County activities. The property is very well maintained, and had great space for my family of 6, which is two adults and four kids, ages 1-15\. There was a high chair, pack and play, and snack containers for my 1 year old. The property also has several parks nearby (within 5 min drive). The host was very kind to interact with. Noise free. Good sheets and pillows. Great coffee/tea maker. Comfortable chairs. Laundry and soap! Large driveway for visitors. Close to Green Bay restaurants. Communication was fine until the cleaning people told the owner that we lied about the number of guests. I paid based on 2 guests but we added a third so i notified the owner, and made an additional payment. The cleaning people saw a blanket on the couch and reported that we had extra people. With the number of cameras on the building I'm sure the owner could have confirmed the number of people coming and going before implying that we cheated their system. ##### Mark O.
