We didn’t arrive until 10pm and check in very easy. However, room temperature set to 62 degrees when we walked in. It was 15 degrees outside. It took about 3 hrs to heat up.

While this property is pet-friendly, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. This is listed on the hotel's website, but was not stated on Expedia, where I made our reservation. This is a steep fee. In my experience,people who travel with pets, have pets that are clean and well-behaved. This fee will definitely deter us from booking here again.

While we understand the fee is steep. To keep the hotel clean and allergy free. Once a pet has been in a room, we have to completely deep clean the room. Including shampooing the furniture and the carpet.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the warm hospitality we received. The room was very clean. The sheets on the bed were soft and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations.

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast food was very good, but most of all, we were very impressed with the cleanliness. Our room was immaculate and and the bed was really comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, seperate area with pull-out couch for third traveler, friendly/helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Green Bay Stay
The hotel seemed relatively new and was in great condition. The room was nicely equipped with dishes and utensils. We found that the trash receptacle and recycle bin was too small for us. This hotel was not in downtown Green Bay as stated in the description. We would prefer that the breakfast hours be extended and the pool open 24 hours.

Loved our stay
The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean and the towels and sheets smelled really good. Fully functioning kitchen was very quaint. The breakfast options were great and they even had cold brew coffee available. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The property was as expected for a Residence inn , the staff friendly and welcoming, however I was very surprised at the pet fee! $100.00, non-refundable , this is outrageous!!! The breakfast was mediocre for a residence inn. I will not recommend this hotel to family and friends who are traveling with pets😒

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The people were terrific to talk to, so friendly! I am telling everyone to stay here if they are ever in Green Bay. I really enjoyed this trip, even though it was for business.

Location was great. We loved walking down to the marina. Close to Lambeau Field; close to a train museum though we didn't have time to visit it. Close to fire works from a bridge. Love having a full size refrigerator as we just bought a lot of cheese. It was great for storing the cheese and also freezing bottles of water to keep in the cooler to keep the cheese fresh.

The staff was hit or miss when asked a question. Some of the front desk staff were very knowledgeable (when asked about local attractions, where to eat etc.) some gave wrong answers (the front desk should know about where laundry detergent is available -- they provide it if asked) or just said they didn't know. The outside firepit didn't work and the area around it was dirty (cleaned up after it was pointed out to the Assistant Manager). Had to ask to have our garbage emptied in the room and to have clean towels delivered and soiled towels removed. Overall it a nice, safe, clean place to stay, there a just a few things they need to improve/work on.

We were very happy with our Residence Inn week-long stay. The hotel and parking were easily accessible and the room was large and very nice. We asked for a room not on the first floor and were accommodated. We were surprised and happy about how quiet it was the whole week! The breakfast was nice-better on some days than others. Also, they seemed a bit understaffed in the breakfast area at times with one poor woman running around like crazy! Nice pool and fitness room. We were able to walk down to the river. I have only a couple of small suggestions: I would have liked some hand cream available in the room and also an upgrade in toilet paper! And I asked, but was told there was only one ice machine in the whole hotel on the first floor but no one seemed to know how to get an ice bucket or bag for the ice. Overall, a very nice room and location for a very nice price. We would stay there again.

Good news lotion is being put back in the rooms per Marriott. unfortunately, we do only have the one ice machine due to the rooms having them in the freezer. I hope this helps and that you keep us in mind on your next trip to Green Bay.

I chose an OK rating mostly due to 1 particular employee that may want to reconsider her career in hospitality. The hotel location was ideal for me. Room was very spacious. I particularly Loved the kitchen and livingroom. The shower backed up on Monday and Tuesday. We were not informed of restricted maid services. (I think this is a big thing) Having to go down to the lobby to ask the disgruntled employee for another roll of toilet paper, at 11pm, is lame. Also, she looked at me suspiciously (I felt) when I asked for another box of tissues 2 days later. (We 3 were sick from a sick baby on our flight and stayed here for 5 nights) Anyway, disgruntled employee approached my brother's truck in an aggressive manner demanding to know what we needed. We were chatting inside his truck for 20 minutes by the front entrance, at 9pm. No one else was around. The morning staff was lovely and professional. Despite the dining area being remodeled, breakfast bags filled with goodies were given to guests. Very thoughtful. My daughter, who traveled with me, asked for more clean towels amd was told there are none. Say what? It's a shame our trip was tainted by an employee with a negative attitude. The hotel is nice. Location was ideal for us. Bed super comfy.
