We rented it from Friday-Sunday for our wedding at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens. Friday night we had our small rehearsal dinner and me (the bride) and my bridesmaids stayed over night so we could have a convenient place to get ready the next day! However, the house smelled like smoke when we arrived after Packers Family Night (so 11 pm-ish). We do not smoke so it was very apparent. Our son has allergies and it made him very congested overnight. We addressed it with the owner and, apart from stating he was having a third party come in after check out to see if there was a smell (because the house cleaner denied smelling smoke), no apology was offered. It was as if we were not believed. The beds were extremely hard. Maybe new mattresses? Either way, extremely uncomfortable. The neighbors were loud late at night and very early in the morning. No information on check out was provided until a couple hours before check out. What if we had to leave early and missed something?! On the plus side, the location was ok for Packers-related things and it was otherwise clean. ##### Melissa B.
