Negatives were a desk chair in the room that wouldn’t adjust, a longer than expected wait when checking in due to receptionist helping people on the phone, an in-room freezer that was iced up and as a result had a broken door.

We had a great experience yet again! Staff were wonderful. Room was great. This is one of the best pools we’ve ever had at a hotel! As long as other guests are being mindful of others, it is a great experience. Unfortunately, our kids did want to cut their time short as one guest seemed to have had too much to drink and was yelling, climbing on the windows and diving in near kids playing.

Staff was friendly. All public areas were kept well clean. Pool was nice size and comforttable temperarure. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Got a hot tub & fireplace room. Room was nice sized and very relaxing. Best of all the shower pressure and temp were exceptional for a hotel. I would highly recommend.
