The description does not match the room. The room was to have a balcony and it does not. It was a basic room of 30 square metres with two single beds pushed together and a chair and small table. The service was terrible. The person at teh front desk in the morning was rude and basically could not wait to get me out. This was out of character witht he wonderful hospitality elsewhere on the island. I would NEVER recommend this place. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available. Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun. The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace. Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."
