"Franlin was our concierge and he made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable..Special thanks to Franlin. Staff was the best part of the hotel. Rather than that food was not so good. Restaurants are worse than each other. It's better to get food in buffet. Japanese place has no AC running and it's hot as hell. I don't know how people survive there. Aslo special thanks to Toni, who works at windows buffet. Super friendly and attentive server. Resort is very loud at night. They have loud music running till 2 am at night,so if you are with kids not a good choice at all. Staff is very loud as well, they walk in hallways early in the morning and shouting at each other ,like people are not there and they don't have to sleep in the morning. Swimming pools were dirty. They are not well maintained."

"We went to Punta Cana for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! They made it so special for us! The room was beautiful. The beach and pools were perfect. Our food was amazing. We will definitely be back!!"

"The only thing is that doesn’t have a shuttle to pick you up and bring you to the hotel, we have to walk from a distance terminal outside the airport to get to the hotel and poorly directions we have to ask someone the get there. Everything else was perfect"
