Thanks to Andre Myrie, one of the most pleasant bells man, we were able be accommodated with courtesy and efficiency. Overall, beautiful property and spendid experience."

"El servicio de algunos empleados es término medio. La mayoría son muy amables. A mi chico le cantaron cumpleaños en el restaurante francés y fue memorable (con güiro, tambora y una súper vela). En términos generales solo puede sugerir a modo de crítica constructiva que deben trabajar con el mal olor a humedad de áreas en común como lo son lobby, el pasillo al Adult Area, el Restaurante The Valley y otras áreas que literalmente comparten la misma peste. Se debería trabajar con dehumidificadores o algún producto que trabaje ese problema."
