"Would absolutely return again! The property was absolutely stunning, felt so clean and comfortable the whole time. The staff were all so nice and did their best even with many circumstances of language barriers. There were some things we had to navigate ourselves as we did not know originally that there was an app that can provide the activity calendars. So that’s something to be aware of! We absolutely loved all of the options for food, the buffets were great and the individual restaurants for reservations are amazing!!"

"Pools were great temp. Beach was amazing. Food was ok, I ate mashed potatoes and hashbrown patties/fries for breakfast lunch and dinner. I’m a picky eater and vegetarian, there wasn’t much for me to eat. We upgraded to a king after finding out we booked a king but actually had 2 doubles. Our room was across from the main theatre and people were extremely loud and partying til 5:30am. I got no sleep. The shower is super slippery and hubby slipped walking into the shower and went head 1st into the shower window and shattered it. I slipped in the shower and ripped my baby toe nail off. They need to install textured grip to the tiles. The mini bar was only filled once during our week long stay. We found the pools to be clean except for the party pool (beach right) so many people in there it was filmy and can’t see the bottom. The other pools were nice and clear. The music we found was too loud in the pools and was extremely hard for the bartenders to hear your drink order, they made us the wrong ones quite a bit. From what we saw most people weren’t tipping. This was our 1st time in the DR and coming from trips to Cancun where everyone was tipping was a big shock. The workers here worked so hard it was sad to see them tip less most times. We had issues logging in with the wifi and had to get the lobby to help which didn’t work so they had to hotspot my phones data for the tv. The highlight of our trip was the mattress, it’s the most comfortable mattress we have had at a hotel!"

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was uncomfortable to walk on due to shells but walk the property because there are plenty of sandy beaches that you would not know about. Not many restaurants for children to eat at. I would definitely return."
