The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. My only issue was that I arrived after hours and in spite of calling and letting them know I would be late, there was NO ONE in the hotel to great us (across the street as directed). We waited tired for almost an hour before someone came. Apparently they "forgot" to forward the phone. Not acceptable."
