"I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.
To begin with, the lobby being located on the second floor made access difficult and inconvenient. Upon arrival, the staff was immediately rude and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable during check-in.
When I entered my room, there was a strong musty odor. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned—the shower door and knob were covered in soap scum, and there was hair in the shower. The bed was also not adequately prepared, with only a mattress pad and a top sheet.
I attempted to call the front desk using the room phone, but it did not work. I then had to go back down to the lobby to report the issues. When I explained my concerns, the staff member responded dismissively, stating, “Well, there’s no housekeeping here, so I don’t know what you want me to do.”
I asked for cleaning supplies so I could address the situation myself, but she again responded in a condescending tone that she had no access to any supplies. When I asked for clean sheets, she told me I could come back down later to get them. I then requested a room change, but was told no other rooms were available.
While I was still at the desk, another guest began checking in. I advised them to inspect their room before settling in, based on my experience. The staff member then said to them, “Don’t listen to her, she’s just mad,” which was extremely unprofessional.
