"Brought my 15 year old granddaughter We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen and a walmart near by for food instead of eating at the mall all the time. Also shuttle to and from airport and mall really nice people at front desk."

"The staff was super helpful, but very busy, at times. I was traveling alone so didn't feel safe walking around as there were no sidewalks. The pool wasnice but got super busy after 8. The food int hotel restaurant was good. "

"Perfect close walking distance to MOA. Pools and hot tubs were overcrowded and one hot tub was closed. Beds were nice and comfortable. I would stay here again."
"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington for one night and the hotel fit our needs perfectly! There was fast and efficient transportation from the airport and it is right next to the light rail station. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was serviceable. We did check in early and our room was not ready, which was understandable. The front desk agent took our phone number and informed us we will get a message when it was ready, which was about 45 minutes later. I would happily stay here again!"
"This is a nice hotel but what gives it the 5 star rating is the staff. Every person is helpful, friendly and speaks to you on a personal level. I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing. I would stay here again. Not one bad experience. Eve"
