"Good location, not the best of views but nice enough. Valet parking $55 a day, come and go as you please and they were quick and efficient-would have scored an excellent had they helped with luggage.
Needs a safe smoking/vaping area that is not public and on the street, maybe the same place you take your dog to go to the restroom in a concrete jungle?
Pool was beautiful, warmish not freezing and clean. Pride of ownership is had in this area by the pool staff. Needs an update in comfie lounge cushions they were kinda flat and sun burnt. Great sound system that played a variety of tunes. Towels a plenty. Great hours early morning to late evening.
Clean bar and restaurant area, food; large size portions and was tasty, over priced. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Lots of amenities- no ice, what's up with that? $25 breakfast, one cup coffee Keurig maker and mini fridge. Ironing board and iron. Plenty of hangers- which these ladies appreciated. Big and soft towels. Bath shampoo and conditioner, body soap, lotion all in refillable containers to use. Convenient 24/7 pay with card lil snack store. Secure elevators to upper floors, must have room key to use. Not sure how to improve the elevator system but it needs some work? Smallish with long wait times, usually crowded.
Overall a GOOD stay, would recommend.
The room was worn. When I opened the curtains the rubber stripping baseboard flopped on my toes. "Nitelites" on headboard didn't work. Broken hand soap bottle lid."
