"Staff was exceptionally courteous. My husband - who usually complains about hotel beds - said it was the most comfortable hotel bed he's ever slept on. The breakfast buffet was better than expected with ample choices and made to order omelets."

"Pleasant enough place to stay. Close to the Ring Road, so easy to get to where we needed to be on Sat & Sun. I prefer something more solid for breakfast, and the location was such that the Service Road out front of the hotel wraps right around to a McDonalds on the west side or a Denny's just past Moxies to the east. Dead easy to do either way, then on with the day. "

"The amenities were good. There was a shuttle to take you to the nearby train station, which is convenient to get to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom was spacious. Good shower pressure. The toilet seat is uncomfortable. I did use the coffeemaker to make tea. I don't know who designed it or maybe I used it wrong, but the steam coming out of the cup would condense on a lip just under where the water drops out, then spills onto the tray. I probably would stay here again, but if I'm spending more time downtown, I would stay a bit closer. "
