Thank you for the great review, Rich. In Summertime, there is a lot of activity on the Missouri River, and the boat launch is a city block away. Our hotel offers many seating areas outside for guests, and we have many rooms with riverside balconies and patios. We hope you will return to visit us again in Great Falls.
It was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Many breakfast items were cold and no microwave in the area to heat it up. Almost $300 for a room and no bacon or sausage with breakfast, what's the deal with that? There are better hotel options out there, your customers will just quietly go somewhere else.

Room was not clean. Bed had rice in it, pillow case was stained with liquid . Lotion was used. No heat in room and no hot water. When my husband told the front desk about all the issues he said we were confrontational and to leave the property that he was calling the cops. The cops came and we showed them the room. The waited for us while we left. And agreed if they stayed at a room they would want hot water and heat and a clean room. The office was like they are not confrontational let’s leave them alone they are trying to gather there stuff up. The hotel stated you have a a 1 year tread pass against you don’t come back. I said we don’t plan on it.

Front door locked on us & we could not open it. Hotel staff did not come to help us get back inside it was -30 something degrees. We had to walk around to another door with all our bags.

Cherie, Our hotel provides secure access after midnight, and we caution guests to keep their room keys to regain entry to our hotel. Our vestibule is heated, and we are sorry there may be a delay while the staff is sometimes away from the front desk helping others or servicing other areas of the hotel. Fantastic staff, and the hotel was very nice. We brought our small yorkie with us, and the hotel was very accommodating.
It would be nice if people cleaned up after their pets in the park behind the hotel. Other than that everything was excellent.

Breakfast staff always so accommodating. I ended up being a little late for breakfast, but they allowed me to get what I needed. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years and have never had a bad experience. Had an early morning flight 5:45 am, but shuttle doesn't run till 6am. Wished there were options to have someone on-call for these early morning runs.

Very large and clean rooms; big tv too which was nice! Great hot breakfast; 24 hour pool and hot tub was very nice! Outdoor fire pit was great also.

The Fall foliage makes a colorful canopy over the trail behind the hotel for guests strolling along the Missouri River.
