"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway."

"We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). The house layout is spot-on for large groups, giving everyone space to gather and space to retreat when the kids discovered the volume button on life.What really made the trip extra special was the incredible support from Karin and the property manager, Cecil. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of our return to this slice of paradise!"

"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "Spectacular Views and amazing,comfortable home. We all loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped,super clean and so comfortable. Heather was so helpful and we enjoyed many of her recommendations. We would definitely stay again. Our grandkids loved it so much that one of them started crying when he figured out it was time to go home!"

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. My entire family agrees that we could never imagine visiting Exuma again if not staying at Paradise Found house. Rachel and her husband Ed have stocked the house with everything you could imagine plus more. We cooked 4 dinners at the house and had everything we needed for this. We had pretty bad weather a couple of nights and easily found flashlights throughout the house that really came in handy for a card game night in the dark. Cleo and Angel were also very helpful with grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and delivering more water when we were running low. Rachel responded to me via text throughout our stay answering any questions I had - she even tried to help me find new flights after ours were delayed, but we unfortunately arrived two days later than expected. Some of our best times had during our trip was taking full advantage of the location of the house and being able to enter the water right from the stairs leading down to the little beach area. The boys (18, 14, and 10) loved the paddle board and kayaks while my sister and I relaxed in the floats provided. Even on the “rougher” water days we were still able to safely enter the water and snorkel along the rocks. We saw so many different fish, starfish, and my nephew even found a little octopus! "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "
