Room lovely but Swimming pool and lounge area very dirty, pool not cleaned. Spa area dirty and mould on ceiling, showers filthy. Such a shame as visited a few years ago and was spotless.

The cottage is in such a good location in Helmsley. We were there for a big family get together and having the dining room with the large table was ideal to host family members staying elsewhere. Lovely spacious and clean rooms with excellent views of the church. Amanda was very helpful.
