For the price it was terrific. There were a lot more amenities than I expected. The room was smaller, but clean. Staff was friendly and loved the great dane who helped us check in. This was the first time we stayed at a budget inn and I was mildly impressed.

Best value in great bend. They have put money into making this a nice place to stay with everything working and a newer tv plus a fridge for a very low price. Would recommend to anyone coming to great bend

I’m a travel nurse who has stayed in many properties and I must say this one has been the biggest surprise. At $40/night I expected it to be much less than it was. The owner is gracious and takes pride in her service and property. The rooms are clean. The daily maid service is excellent. And the rooms have very good sound resistance. I will be staying here for all my future contracts nearby.

Cheap stay. Comfortable. Beware of the lobby.
Cheap. Did the job. No frills. Check in process was smooth and easy but I do have warn people about the obviously highly smoked in lobby. Strong stale cigarette smell that was unpleasant. The room was fine though.

Absolutely horrible do not stay here. They were so rude and even worse when they found out we were leaving. Found a different hotel that was much nicer. Asked us "what the hell did we expect for the price" and "what the hell was wrong with the rooms". One of the room keys didnt even work and were very rude when we asked them to fix it. The lobby smelled of vomit that it makes you nauseous. The rooms were musky and dirty. Save yourself the hassle and stay away! Idk how they even pass an inspection.

If you're wanting a very basic place to stay, don't have lofty expectations, don't mind seeing roaches in your room or maintenance issues that haven't been properly addressed, this is your place. I mean, you do get what you pay for. As for me, I won't be staying here again unless nothing else is available.
