The pool was really cold. The check out time posted differed from room (11 v 12). The breakfast was okay (clearly down sized due to economy). Breakwater Resort
Clean room, friendly staff workers. Good communication. The upper hot tub needing cleaning, and sparse kitchen utensils and dishes. Cooking pans need replacing. Close to beach and quiet area.
