Seaweed smell due to tractor being broken and beach not being cleared. There was loud construction in the lobby, only 2 restaurants were open our entire stay, had to switch rooms due to pungent smell of seaweed. New room had brown-tinged water one morning, and no blanket or comforter on bed. The bedding consisted of pillow, flat sheet, and fitted sheet. No blanket or anything. There was no activities at the resort, water was dark and beach was unusable due to seaweed. Again tractor was broken so seaweed at compiled over 2 weeks. Also, the staff....especially the females were not friendly, they did not seem happy or helpful. Our vacation was so bad, we left 2 days early to go home. When we told them we were checking out early, the front desk staff did not even question us why. They did not care. This resort was nothing like it was advertised on Expedia. We were greatly disappointed.

We stayed in deluxe plung pool cottage. Very clean rooms. Property is well manicured and absolutely gorgeous with all types of tropical flowers in bloom. Variety of foods on menu and food was good. View from anywhere on property is breathtaking. Beaches are beautiful. Staff members go above and beyond anywhere I've ever stayed. They're amazing. Just go....you won't be disappointed
