Another successful Girls Weekend at the Beach!
This was our 3rd year at this beautiful beach house! 5 of us enjoyed our 4th annual Girls Weekend! The beds are comfy, view is tremendous, kitchen stocked, and ample seating in the living room for chick flicks and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach. The sun was out the whole weekend so we were able to spend time on the deck looking at eagles and shore birds frolicking. We love this house and intend to come back here every year!

Inspiring winter getaway

Holiday visit to the beach
We chose this home to stay at for 2 reasons…the indication of their being two king sized beds and the location to the beach. Sadly when we arrived we found that since we had booked it they now only had one king sized bed which meant one of the two couples settled for smaller accommodations. The home is lovely, the view spectacular. It would benefit though to have a good cleaning done of the fans, floors and the baseboards. The space in the home is wonderful, the view outstanding…so with a few minor tweaks this place could earn 5’s all across the board.

We love this place!
Our second time staying here- a bird watching group of five adults, and we are planning on booking again next year. It totally suits our needs with five, all comfotable, bedrooms and three baths, plus the equipped kitchen and spectacular view! The stairway is really long, so one of our members can't come and anyone who has trouble with steps will definitely have trouble- but that's the only glitch for us with this lovely place, and the height of the second floor is what allows for ocean views, so it's a tradeoff we don't mind. We all have a wonderful time and I DO rec. this quiet, clean, comfortable place for a great stay right on the beach.

Perfect Beach Weekend Celebrating 80 Years
We couldn't have had better weather...but even if it hmwas stormy or rainy, we would have been happy to stay indoors. This house is gorgeous! We made gourmet seafood meals in the immaculate kitchen, we watched sports events on TV, we walked the beach and took a short day trip to Westport. The only downside is we didn't want to leave! Wonderful place to celebrate our Father's 80th birthday and unwind. Thank you!

Even better than the pictures
The view from the large windows is simply unsurpassed. Waves as far as the eye can see up and down the beach and the sea out to the horizon. It can't get any better than this. There is a path to the beach from the back yard that I was able to walk despite my 80 yo arthritic knees, and the sand is great for walking, hard packed so not too difficult. The interior of the house has so many nice touches, from Godiva chocolates on the pillows to a facial wrap in the bathroom, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. that let you know the absent owner was taking care of her guests. A basket in the kitchen even had several kinds of popcorn, ciders, cocoas, teas and multiple coffee makers. We enjoyed the beach art on the walls that was classy not kitschy, when we could tear our eyes from the sea and a giant tv with reclining seating was a focal point when the day ended. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, but we did rebook for next year while we were there and that says it all.

Beach Retreat
Large home has a beautiful view of the ocean with lots of room for a family. Be aware that there is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the main level. All amenities were provided and there was a fully stocked kitchen with lots of dinnerware and pots and pans. It's a quiet and inviting house tucked back away from the road. Very peaceful.

Can't Beat the View
The property was comfortable and had nice little perks like shampoo, conditioner, and skin care face masks, as well as a selection of games. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was a bit long and had a couple of relatively steep inclines, making it too difficult for my 74 year old mother to traverse. However, there were several options for easy beach access within a few minutes drive, so she was still able to enjoy the beach on our trip. The path to the beach was fine for the rest of the adults and kids in our party. The view is the star of this property though. Just gorgeous! We saw hawks hunting in the brush right outside the windows and several deer came through browsing while we were there.

Perfect family getaway at the beach
This was the perfect beach house for a family gathering. It was clean and nice enough to be comfortable but you didn't have to stress about it. Gwen was so responsive! We had a small issue that was resolved within a couple overs. We have already reserved it for next year.

Great beach house
My family had a wonderful time at Pacific Dreams Beach House! The house is so completely and thoughtfully well stocked (lots of coffee & other hot beverages, paper towels, toilet paper, towels - all of it had a plentiful amount.) We had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is beautiful! It’s a great place for a larger group of people.

Lots of room

Pacific Dreams makes our vacation dream come true
This is our second consecutive year, staying at Pacific dreams beach house, and it never disappoints! The house accommodates all of our family’s needs! From the spacious great room, perfect for our family to hang out in, its gorgeous view of the ocean to an easy walk to the beach, which is very convenient for all of us. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the home is tastefully decorated , great supply of games and beach toys, exceptionally clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We love it here, our happy place! What a gem in Grayland.

Another Girls weekend in the books!
Our third annual Girls weekend at the beach was wonderful! This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach house. There is plenty of space for each of us to have our own bedroom. The kitchen is spacious for group meals, with a table for eating and games. The oversized couch with recliners is a great place to relax and watch the waves, seabirds, and clamdiggers working to get their limit. The trail to the beach is easy to navigate and opens up to the reason we were there! The beach and ocean! The host was available for questions via VRBO messaging. We love this house and can't wait to come back next year!

The house was very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was fully loaded and there were games to play after the sun went down. It was an easy walk to the beach and the view from the house was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House
One of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at! The house interior is comfortable, lovingly decorated, and stocked with everything you need to kickoff your beach vacation. The kids loved using the boogie boards! We all appreciated the short trail down to the sugary sand and crashing waves. Thanks to the wall-to-wall windows, you can see the gorgeous view from every room. Beds were super comfy, the house is well-furnished, and the whole group of us enjoyed watching the big tv from the huge sectional sofa. Gwen is fantastic! She was so accommodating to our group, and really offered the personal touches that made this trip a memorable one. We can’t wait to come back next year!

So clean and homey!
We were so sad to leave, everything about this house was just perfect for our needs. We loved being able to run back and forth to the beach a million times a day, and still have incredible views from the house when we felt like being cozy indoors. The owner obviously goes the extra mile to ensure comfort and a welcoming feel, including chocolates on the pillows! It was a bit unfortunate that cars very speedily drove back and forth on the beach, which made me need to be a little more hypervigilant as a parent, but of course is not the house's fault, just FYI for when being at the beach. We were also there Labor Day weekend so maybe it's not usually as busy. That being said, it was such a magical trip in a super comfy and relaxing, well stocked, clean home and we loved it :)

This was our second stay here and it's always wonderful. We love the fact that the home is right on the beach and the home is nicely set up for every family member. Beware though lots of steps to get in and out. Beach was amazing and tons of sand dollars to be found. Will definitely be back!

Great beach house
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The view is amazing and the house looks even better in person than the pictures. There are so many thoughtful touches in stocking this home and it made us all feel welcome when we entered. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I honestly couldn’t ask for more from a vacation rental! One thing that is worth mentioning to people checking out this home, though, is that it wouldn’t be a good choice for someone with mobility issues. The stairs are very steep and the path to the beach wouldn’t be possible for someone with physical limitations. It wasn’t a problem for my family and didn’t impact our enjoyment, just an fyi for other people. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends & family!
