Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 2 Spacious bedrooms and 2 squeaky clean bathrooms. Very private unique outdoor space complete with a covered porch, beach sand, fire pit, picnic table and a very fun and funky fenced yard. A short walk or drive to the beach and all that Grayland has to offer. Fully equipped spotless kitchen with new appliances. Dedicated work space with good WIFI, a smart TV and games for the family. Charcoal grill. Back yard backs up to a wilderness area. 231867

This home is a single wide mobile home located in a small mobile home park (12 homes total) with 4 other short term rentals and 5 full time residents. It has a short private driveway that all occupants use to exit and enter. There are deer and cats that roam around freely. The address is 1560 State Route 105 #10 Grayland, WA.
Pet policy is as follows: Pets can never be left in the home unattended unless they are crated. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors unless they are in the fenced yard. Pet pooh must be picked up promptly and completely cleaned up when vacating. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. No excessive barking will be allowed.

Smoking - NO smoking of any kind in the property. All cigarette butts must be collected and thrown in the trash. PLEASE do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

Cozy, clean, convenient

I loved staying here. My family and I harvested razor clams and crab. The property is accommodating for processing those items. I loved the big fridge, picnic table, and hoses outside in front and back. Kitchen is stocked nicely. Beds comfy. My boys LOVED the sand in the backyard and using the fire pit. The dogs were safely fenced in the backyard. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought and care into the property. It was lovely.
