In the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming house dating from 1941, less than 200 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 250 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 4,500 m² garden with several terraces. An unoccupied and inaccessible outbuilding adjoins the property. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi and linen included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV (Chromecast), fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchairs and dining area.

- A veranda with a table and chairs.

- Large 10m² dressing room with cloakroom.

First floor:
- A landing with a bookcase.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a 25m² private terrace.
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed.
- Bathroom with bath, one with double washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- A beautiful fenced garden of 4,500 m² where you will also find a secure pond.
- Terrace 1: 30 m² on the street side of the ground floor.
- Terrace 2: on the garden side of the ground floor, measuring 20 m².
- Terrace 3: on the first floor adjoining bedroom 2.
All 3 terraces have furniture to make the most of fine weather.

Situated between land and sea, the seaside resort offers a multitude of activities: discover the various D-Day beaches, including Ver's Gold Beach, the British beachhead, a large number of walks and cycle rides along the coast and inland, tennis, horse-riding, sailing club in summer, children's play area, visits to the towns of Caen and Bayeux... If you enjoy remembrance tourism, you'll be delighted with the location of the house.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property in the garden, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The parking spaces are private and secure.
