### Near Soulac/mer architect-designed villa with pool and jacuzzi close to the ocean

Villa of 150 M² close to the ocean with garden of 1000 M² not overlooked, private swimming pool, covered, heated from April to the end of October, 6-seater jacuzzi.  
Even in case of rain you can swim thanks to the pool shelter!!  
Nice night swimming because you are like in a bubble!  
Located 5 minutes from the Atlantic beaches in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world.  
Free internet access, 8 beds divided into 7 rooms including 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 double beds of 140 cm,  
 and a bedroom with a 180 cm bed (2 x 90 cm pushed together)  
2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and sink.  
2 separate toilets  
A fully equipped kitchen with all comforts (a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a normal coffee maker and a SENSEO, toaster, an American fridge and a second normal  
Then you have the dining room and the very bright living room with a view of the 150 M² wooden terrace, the indoor swimming pool heated to 28°, and the 6-seater jacuzzi (water at 35°-39°).  
The 20 m² covered and shaded terrace has a table and chairs for 8 people.  
Outside, the relaxes, the wooden armchairs, the barbecue await you for a moment of rest around the swimming pool or the jacuzzi.  
Forest 100 m away and horse riding 5 minutes away.  
Market every morning in Soulac/mer and Montalivet  
Going back 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charentaise coast for a day getaway.  
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, on-site tastings possible with a view of the bird island!!

Schönes, großes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, kurze Entfernung mit dem Auto zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Toller gepflegter Pool und Jacuzzi, gute Ausstattung des Ferienhauses.Ideale Umgebung für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund.Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für einen Individualurlaub, wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen eine tolle Woche verbracht.

Der Check- in war problemlos, auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Küche war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet mit so viel Gläsern, Tellern und Besteck, so dass zwischen den Mahlzeiten kein Abwasch nötig war. Leider war die untere Lade des Geschirrspülers kaputt, so dass dieser nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte.

#### Tolles ruhiges Haus

Das Haus ist wundervoll . Wir waren sieben Erwachsenen. Alles war sehr sauber, alles war wie beschrieben und in der Küche war auch alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Kleines mango, die Bäder sind klein und wenig ablagemöglichkeiten bei 7 Personen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch ist nur ein Bad für alle zugänglich, das eine Bad ist in einem Schlafzimmer mit dabei. Da ist es nicht so leicht zugänglich das es von allen nutzbar ist. Ein Sonnenschirm mehr wäre auch gut. Das alles hat den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Herr Tiffon war immer zu erreichen und wenn hilfe nötig war auch sofort da. Der Pool beheizt und sauber das gleiche gilt auch für den Whirlpool.

Schönes großes frisch renoviertes Haus. Hervorragend sind die zwei großen Kühlschränke, Pool und Jacuzzi. Wer grillen möchte sollte Grillzange, wer Eier möchte Eierbecher mitnehmen. Negativ waren die Endreinigungskosten, zwar optional, nach der Reservierungsbestätigung.

Très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle.... notre seul bémol : attention à ne RIEN casser, à respecter toutes les consignes laissées par le propriétaire (nettoyage quotidien de piscine à l'éponge magique...). il est très exigeant sur ces aspects, ce qui rend la maison propre. Propriétaire très réactif.
