It features 3 bedrooms, including a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity unit. The two other bedrooms are located upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the pool terrace. In addition to the terrace in front of the house with its shade sail, you have a second 200m² wooden terrace surrounding the private, covered, heated swimming pool and 6-person jacuzzi, facing south with lounge chairs, parasols, and a solar shower. This relaxation area awaits you around the barbecue for unforgettable evenings! For meals sheltered from the sun or rain, the covered patio offers a 20m² space with a table and chairs. For relaxation and entertainment for all ages, there is a ping-pong table and a foosball table (balls and paddles provided). Two adult bicycles are included in the price. Additional bicycles can be rented if needed for an extra €50 per week or €70 per fortnight. Located in the heart of the Médoc region, just a stone's throw from the wine route with its world-renowned vineyards! Le ménage est pourtant proposé en supplément. L’hôte est arrivé avec 20 min de retard malgré un horaire qu’il avait fixé, et l’échange a été tendu, l’hôte s’est montré agressif refusant d’entendre les problèmes de propreté, ce qui a empêché de signaler calmement les problèmes.Le logement ne comporte qu’une petite salle de bain avec WC et non 2 comme mentionné, ce qui est peu pratique à plusieurs. Seul le rez-de-chaussée est climatisé ; les chambres sous combles ne le sont pas. Le canapé ne correspondait pas à celui des photos et était taché. La table était abîmée, sa peinture s’écaillait facilement. Le lit bébé, annoncé comme fourni, devait être réservé, était sale et malodorant, et n'entrait pas correctement dans les chambres.Le barbecue n’avait pas d’ustensiles. Aucun accueil personnalisé ou attention particulière à notre arrivée.Les seuls points positifs ont été la piscine chauffée, agréable, et le jacuzzi propre et réglable. Elle est juste parfaite, bonne taille et bonne température, le jacuzzi est un + très appréciable aussi Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et la remise des clés se passe sans souci C’est la seconde fois que nous louons une maison auprès de lui et cela se passe facilement à chaque fois ##### celine S. Die Zimmer oben sind recht klein, aber noch ausreichend groß. Pool und Jakuzzi top. Inventar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Besteck sollte erneuert werden. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Danke! ##### Sebastian K. Piscine très bien sécurisée car nous avions un enfant de 3 ans. Grand espace extérieur à vivre. Attention pas d'oreillers mais des traversins. Les ustensiles de cuisine seraient à compléter avec une sauteuse pour les légumes, un grand saladier et un faitout de taille moyenne. There was just 2 of us. Although the property sleeps up to 8 people I would think it a little small for that number of people especially if the weather is inclement, and you were unable to spend much time out doors. The garden, pool area and jacuzzi are stunning and completely private. Excellent, bathroom drench shower. Modern kitchen and the whole property has been decorated to a high standard.
