Detached villa of 100 M² on land of 900 M² with 3 bedrooms for 7 beds, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully equipped American kitchen, a very bright dining room with a lounge area. The living space with its two bay windows opens onto the patio with indoor, heated swimming pool, 5-seater jacuzzi, barbecue and wooden terrace of 250 M² not overlooked.
This charming villa is located in a quiet location.
The 4x6 M swimming pool, 1.50M deep, is covered and heated, which is very useful in case of rain or wind. You can pull the shelter completely to the rear of the pool in 10 seconds!!
In addition, it is the best child safety device.
The 4 bicycles which are available to you free of charge will allow you to go to the supermarket 1km away and to the beach via a quiet 1km road and then via the magnificent cycle path which runs alongside the golf course. Restaurants await you at the beach or you can leave your bikes in complete peace of mind in the free parking lot.
In fact, everything is planned for you to have a wonderful vacation!!

Gut gelegenes Haus ca. 5 km von traumhaften Stränden entfernt. Beheizter Pool und Whirlpool waren super. Tischtennis und Tischkicker standen bereit Ideal für den Familienurlaub.

Familienurlaub

Unser zweiter Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus von Herrn Tiffon war wiederum sehr erholsam und schön. Gerade die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Schwimmingpoll, Jacuzzi, Tischtennisplatte, kleiner Sauna und vielem mehr ist bei jedem Wetter einer besonderen Hervorhebung wert. Herr Tiffon ist bei Problemen bzw. Nachfragen schnell zu erreichen und ein sehr verlässlicher Ansprechpartner. Die Erreichbarkeit des "Hausstrandes" von Le Gurp ist selbst mit dem Fahrrad (7 km) kein Problem. Unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert

Maison efficace et agréable dans le médoc

Belle maison bien entretenue. Peu de perte de place, simple et efficace. Cuisine fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Le Jacuzzi est un vrai plus tout comme le barbecue. Le sauna est aussi un plus mais ne va pas au-delà de 60 degrés. Un babyfoot et une table de ping pong qui est en partie protégée du vent. Maison propre, on s'y sent bien. Seul petit bémole, il fait froid la nuit dans 2 chambres sur 3 qui ne possèdent pas de chauffage si la nuit est fraîche. Localiser proche de Soulac sur Mer et à moins de 10 min de l'océan en voiture. Une très belle expérience la location de cette maison avec un gérant honnête et réactif.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec nos 3 filles. Les équipements jacuzzi, table de Ping Ping, sauna et Baby foot ont été très appréciable. L’extérieur est très agréable surtout avec ce beau soleil que nous avons eu. Les pistes cyclables sont top. L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli tout y est bien fait et préparé et propre pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Je recommande 😅

Très bon séjour

Le jacuzzi, le sauna, le ping pong, le baby-foot, les belles plages, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas trouvé de pistes cyclables à moins de 2 km. Je recommande!

SEJOUR ENTRE MER ET CAMPAGNE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location de Sylvain qui a été un hôte sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. L'extérieur de la maison est très bien aménagé et en avons beaucoup profité du fait de la météo excellente lors de notre séjour. L'océan est à 5mn en voiture, sans embouteillages ni problèmes de stationnement. Nous serons ravis de revenir chez Sylvain.

Alles gut!

Haus/Terasse/ Garten entspricht zu 100% dem Internetauftritt. Um es kurz zu fassen: Es war alles perfekt. Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Jakuzzi in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung( War für uns genau das Richtige).Bis zum plage du gurp sind es 7 km (auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell dort) Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!!!!

Que dire que d'avoir passé des vacances optimale. La maison est telle décrite dans l'annonce et parfaite pour passer des vacances idéales M Tiffon comme d'habitude est aimable , serviable quand il le faut et joignable le cas échéant, ce n'est pas pour rien qu'on repasse pour la 4ième fois dans une de ces locations

Maison très confortable très calme et la piscine et le jacuzzi c’est génial ! Super aussi pour le chien. Par contre pas grand chose à faire à cette saison sauf si vous aimez les ballades à vélo ou le surf ! Le propriétaire est très discret et nous le remercions pour sa confiance cela est rare.....

Calme et reposant

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille et avec le chien. La maison est tellement bien équipée qu'on en sortirait plus ! Tout est parfait pour se reposer en toute sérénité: au calme, jardin clos sans vis à vis et piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Le propriétaire est tres accueillant et tres serviable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
