In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Grayan, 15 km from the centre of Soulac, 9 km from the centre of Montalivet, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 24.Sep.). In the house: table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 13 km, sandy beach "Le Gurp" 7 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
    "Eugénie", 4-room house 150 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower and double hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
